These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online community, programs, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. 1. Purpose of Our Services

Maiven Collective provides an educational and community-based platform designed to help members explore and integrate artificial intelligence into their personal and professional lives. The Services may include online courses, live workshops, discussion forums, and related resources.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Membership & Billing

• Some features require a paid membership.

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting letstalk@maivencollective.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We do not issue credits or partial refunds for unused membership periods, unused features, or account inactivity.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services responsibly and respectfully. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Share false, misleading, or harmful information.
• Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.rs with Untitled’s easy-to-use reports. You can filter, export, and drilldown on the data in a couple clicks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials—is owned by Maiven Collective or our content partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the content for your personal learning and participation but may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Tools & Content

Our Services may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or resources (including Circle and Stripe). Maiven is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party products or services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services for your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maiven Collective, its founders, team members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maiven Collective, its affiliates, and its team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
